Product Identification
Obtaining the following information prior to calling us will help locate your product needs faster.
- equipment details with any identification marks relevant to the parts required, or the equipment the parts are from.
- manufacturers name plate details, including pump make and model, motor size, rpm and electrical supply requirements.
- specific data of the liquids/products being handled by the equipment, including any operating temperatures or pressures.
- any other relevant dimensions and sizes, specifically of the mechanical seal (recommend vernier handy), but also shaft size, housing diameter and working length if known.
